Facilities at the start

 

At the start / finish

• Toilets: There are separate male and female toilet facilities
• Changing: We can provide somewhere to get changed in private if you really need it - not changing rooms, but somewhere indoors and private for women.
• Secure bag drop: We can look after luggage for you at the start until your return
• Parking: see this information
• Hot drinks: free hot drinks at start and finish
• Food: there will be snacks and tray-bakes of food for all riders who have entered the event
• Water: there is water available at the start to fill bottles.
• Mechanical assistance... well, clearly make sure your bike is working before you start, but Jen (aka Velofondista) is a bicycle mechanic and her store has all the tools and a lot of accessories... so if you get here and need inner tubes, tubeless sealant, or other consumable parts then Jen can certainly sell you something!

Covid precautions

When this event was planned, Covid was in full swing and to avoid transmission and keep riders safe, everything was planned for being outdoors. As a result this event doesn't have indoor seating at the start or finish.

Behind 'Empire Brewery' at Velofondista (where the big roller doors are... they will be open on the morning.)
